MIBOR continually provides timely reports and market statistics to its members, the media and the public. We frequently collaborate with other organizations such as the Center for Urban Policy and Environment (CUPE), the Indiana Business Research Center (IBRC) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to conduct surveys, run statistical reports, and analyze information gathered from these joint efforts to look for statistically significant data to share with these key audiences.
It's our belief that the most current market statistics allow our members to perform their jobs in a more knowledgeable and efficient way, and help MIBOR construct an accurate picture of the central Indiana market for our region's economic development partners, prospective central Indiana residents, businesses and site selection professionals.
