Class Information

The REAL classes are carefully organized and include a comprehensive study of a variety of business and real estate topics. The candidates look at local government, economic and professional development, media skills, housing, and neighborhoods, just to name a few. As a benefit to the attendees, classroom instruction is combined with exciting field trips to provide a close-up look at all of the above topics.

All candidates are expected to attend the orientation, 9 of 10 planned sessions, and graduation. Brief breaks are scheduled during each session to allow individuals to be in contact with their clients and office.

“The experience is eye opening and mind expanding.  I had no idea of the scope of MIBOR or the vital interaction between assoc. and government - city/state/local, etc.  The experience is so huge it is hard to explain to others, other than recommending they try it.”
